Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a reputable school near Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students' progress
- Evaluate students' communication skills and develop strategies to improve their abilities
- Collaborate with special education staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Manage various caseloads and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in school and/or pediatric settings
- Experience with IEPs and developing individualized plans
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Minnesota state license
