About the Speech Language Pathologist Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Total Care Therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment in assisted living settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform treatment visits, 30-day reassessment visits, re-certifications, and discharges.
- Travel to facilities or residential locations to conduct patient care.
- Complete subsequent follow-up visits.
- Maintain a weekly caseload of 27-32 visits (full-time).
- Utilize a universal electronic documentation system.
- Maintain positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, supervisors, clients, family members, community personnel, and administration.
