About the Job

The successful candidate will collaborate with our existing Practice Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring streamlined and efficient operations. Key responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, fiscal oversight, human resources support, regulatory compliance, and credentialing assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor monthly budgeting and financial reporting needs for clinical practice.
  • Partner with the existing Practice Manager to facilitate and complete monthly billing processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable and provide status updates to clinicians and operations team as required.
  • Assist in the provider credentialing and privileges process.
  • Support new employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for office facilities.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily management of the medical practice.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with management or lead experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in roles involving comprehensive knowledge and application of healthcare regulations, billing practices, financial reporting, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR).
  • Working knowledge of healthcare billing and financial cycles, including insurance claims, coding, patient billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and other state/federal healthcare requirements and regulations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
