The ideal candidate for the Retail Operations Associate position will have experience in retail sales, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma, a friendly demeanor, a professional appearance, and the ability to quickly understand various aspects of our business.

Applicants must successfully complete a background check to qualify for the Notary Public certification.

Our store provides a friendly and flexible work atmosphere.

The following outlines the responsibilities associated with this role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in clients and manage phone inquiries
  • Exhibit effective communication skills with customers, team members, and management
  • Take initiative in resolving customer shipping challenges and offer practical solutions
  • Stay updated on all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
  • Efficiently operate office equipment, software, and devices, and assist colleagues as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages
  • Support customers with their shipping requirements with a positive attitude, including packing and shipping
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
  • Process transactions accurately and promptly
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills, including spelling and math
  • Notary Public certification
  • Punctual, Reliable, and accountable
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry over 40 pounds
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
