Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist. This is a full-time position that will involve working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders in students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders in students.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create and implement tailored treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with Educators and Parents: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Offer direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Offer Professional Development: Provide professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CO State License: Hold a CO state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence: Possess an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience in School Setting: Have experience working in a school setting, preferably.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to Collaborate with Diverse Team: Show the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
