Commercial Irrigation Specialist

As a Commercial Irrigation Specialist at CBRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of commercial landscape irrigation systems. This involves assembling, installing, and maintaining pipes and systems across properties. You will also assist the Landscaping team with labor tasks to maintain high-quality landscapes.

1. Irrigation System Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and repair existing irrigation systems, including setting and maintaining automatic irrigation systems to run systematically. Troubleshoot irrigation systems and programming controllers, handling materials as needed.
2. Labor Assistance: Assist the Landscaping team with labor tasks, including planting, pruning, and maintenance. Keep assigned sites clear and clean using various techniques.
3. Routine Checks: Test irrigation systems regularly, conducting routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and replacing faulty parts. Determine irrigation needs by testing soil and vegetation.
