Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic service technician who can operate in light commercial environments, delivering essential HVAC and general maintenance services to our clientele.
Compensation:
$28.50 per hour along with benefits.
Work Schedule:
Full-time: 40 hours per week, typically from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday), with occasional weekend emergency duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic HVAC services, including filter management for various clients (inventory, procurement, and replacement of filters), along with simple diagnostics and repairs on light commercial and residential units.
- Engage directly with clients to ensure their technical requirements are fulfilled.
- Accurately complete service and inspection reports, work orders, timesheets, and other necessary documentation in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with various tasks such as moving furniture, supporting other tradespeople, painting, and general maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, HVAC service, or a related field is essential.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as required, with minimal overtime.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check for work in educational settings.
- EPA certification, familiarity with a voltmeter, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems are advantageous.

- Organized and adept at utilizing smartphone technology.
- Basic computer skills for research, communication, and recordkeeping.
Physical Requirements:
- This role involves approximately 50% outdoor and 50% indoor work, often requiring prolonged periods of standing.
- Capability to work on lifts, scaffolding, tall ladders, and in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
