About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with expertise in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our team at Inspire Medical Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct telehealth and in-person visits to skilled nursing facilities, ensuring seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed, maintaining accurate electronic medical records and adhering to HIPAA standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance and care improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and protocols.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent, with current, valid Florida APRN license and certification through the ANCC or AANP.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, with a strong focus on geriatric care and telehealth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and telehealth platforms, with a willingness to learn new software and technology.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
