School Nurse Substitute Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to provide substitute nursing services to our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing medical care and first aid to students as needed;
- Administering medications in accordance with school policy;
- Maintaining accurate records of student health information;
- Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position available when needed throughout the school year.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A current CT nursing license;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
