We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join our team at Tyson & Mendes, a leading insurance defense and trial advocacy firm. As a Senior Counsel, you will play a key role in our team's success, working closely with our attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate legal professional who is committed to excellence and eager to innovate. As a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing compelling case themes that drive results
  • Refusing to accept mediocrity and striving for excellence in all aspects of your work
  • Independently handling court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve outstanding results
  • Cultivating relationships with our clients and providing exceptional service
  • Providing leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A JD from an ABA-approved law school
  • A valid bar license in your state
  • At least 8 years of solid litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense and trial advocacy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
