Estimated Salary

$32.25 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for on-call services and $32.35 per hour for callback services.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our team in providing exceptional care to patients. As a Social Case Worker, you will be responsible for case management, in-home visits, initial assessments, ongoing safety and risk assessments, investigations of allegations of abuse and neglect, implementation of safety plans, documentation of case management activities, preparation of professional court reports, and providing recommendations in court proceedings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any major, valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and the ability to work independently, accept constructive feedback, be solution-focused, organized, reliable, punctual, and articulate.

In addition to the above qualifications, temporary staff must sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect confidential information and complete orientation provided by the Alabama State Department of Human Resources and local county office.
