Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and evaluate routine predictive models and algorithms to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret data results to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, programming, data modeling, simulation, and mathematics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Scala, and AWS.
  • Experience with model lifecycle execution, technical writing, data storytelling, and technical presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar quantitative fields.
