Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the inventory and packing of customer items into our moving trailers.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Prepare work areas and set up staging zones, utilizing our software and tablets for inventory management.
  • Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly.
  • Follow production processes in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Facilitate clear communication with technicians and office personnel regarding customer needs and concerns.
  • Conduct end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are tidy.
  • Experience with towing a 25ft trailer is required.

Position Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Must successfully complete a background check as per applicable laws.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay increases are available upon completion of the development program.

Salary: $23-$25 per hour
