Job Overview:
A full-time Assembly Line Technician is needed at National Novelty Brush Company. The successful candidate will work 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM applying brushes or daubers correctly into the cap and checking the overall quality of both. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work accurately and thoroughly, and a focus on safety awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Start the machine and check the quality of product on a complete rotation of the caps/applicators.
- Perform required periodic quality inspections throughout the shift.
- Apply brush or dauber to the cap as machine rotates.
- Pull out any bad caps or applicators as you see them.
- Change solder tube and replace with a new tube as needed.
- Check solder paste periodically and adjust the amount distributed as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily production goals.
- Notify material handler or the set-up mechanic when machine issues arise.
- Responsible for overall cleanliness of area around machine.
- Turn off the air, gas and machine at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
- No prior experience required.
