**Job Summary**

ABM Industries is seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds
  • Empty wastebaskets, and clean windows and restrooms
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
