We are a local family-owned and operated professional lash salon, part of a network of over 135 locations in the United States. Our mission is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Sterile Work Environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly and helpful attitude for every guest
  • Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products
  • Understand and promote our products and membership programs
  • Perform high-quality eyelash extension services
  • Generate new clientele through our referral program
  • Work under the direct supervision of a manager, trainer, or supervisor
Requirements
  • Active or soon-to-be Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license
  • Customer service-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Flexible scheduling and reliable transportation
  • Mature and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
