Chief Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Lead to join our team at Chattahoochee Food Works.

Chattahoochee Food Works is a high-volume craft cocktail bar located in a vibrant dining atmosphere. Our Bar Leads play a crucial role in training staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Mixing and serving craft cocktails from scratch;
• Training new staff members on classic cocktail techniques and protocols;
• Assessing customer needs and preferences to provide recommendations;
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards;
• Communicating effectively with management and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a bartender in an upscale, casual dining atmosphere;
• Classic cocktail knowledge and expertise;
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods;
• Able to safely lift and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds;
• A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends;
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
