Position Overview

The Retail Support Associate plays a crucial role in achieving our mission to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role involves a variety of sales assistance tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $18.00

  • Welcome customers with a warm and engaging demeanor, ready to address inquiries about the store and its products.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and key holiday periods, based on store and business requirements.
  • Process customer transactions by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system and packaging purchases.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, payment policies, and security protocols.
  • Identify and address security concerns and theft, knowing how to mitigate or manage these situations.
  • Support the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks, including setting up displays (up to ten feet high), organizing fixtures and shelving, and executing price adjustments and transfers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible store environment to uphold Buckle's mission.
  • Adhere to Buckle's Code of Ethics and all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere while delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Supervisory Role

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

No prior experience or training is required.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee regularly works in a retail environment. The noise level in the workplace is typically moderate.
