Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As a Speech and Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a school setting, providing individualized therapy sessions to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech and occupational therapy needs
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements:
- Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Texas state OT licensure
