Position Overview:
The Front Desk Customer Service Representative is responsible for warmly welcoming guests during their arrival and departure. This role includes conducting efficient and customer-focused check-ins and check-outs, while also providing valuable information regarding resort activities, package details, dining options, and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate room reservations and make necessary billing adjustments.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns effectively, whether at the desk or via phone.
- Utilize problem-solving and active listening skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service. Proficiency in computer technology is essential, along with the ability to self-motivate, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or within a resort setting is preferred.

Work Schedule:
Available shifts include evenings and weekends.
