Position Overview- Specialty: Hospice
- Discipline: RN
- Employment Type: Travel
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Shift Length: 12 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee home nursing care based on physician directives and agency protocols.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses.
- Conduct home visits and participate in periodic office meetings.
Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel within a designated mileage radius.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are necessary.
- Mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in Adult Home Health or Hospice care.
- Current certifications in CPR and BLS are required.
- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is preferred.
Work Environment:
- Dress code: Scrubs
- Charting proficiency is necessary for all nursing professionals.
