Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our leadership team, including high-volume data entry into various systems, creation of PowerPoint presentations, and marketing tasks such as email campaign creation and execution.
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates for open positions, scheduling and conducting phone interviews, and documenting conversations.
  • Support IT operations, including data backup, file transfer, and maintenance of marketing materials.

Requirements
