Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our Springboro team as a Senior Tax Accountant. This role will be a key member of our growing team and vital to our succession planning.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical review of corporate, individual, trust, estate, and non-profit tax returns
  • Perform technical reviews of complex financial statements and special projects
  • Manage and develop bookkeeping staff to develop their technical skills and growth
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
Job Qualifications:
  • 5 years of progressing experience in public accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop/Online
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with Ultra Tax is a plus
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external team members, as well as exceptional client relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task
  • CPA or EA Certification is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
