Job Description

The Daycare Teacher will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, patience, and creativity to engage children in various activities and promote their intellectual, emotional, and physical growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum aligned with the children's needs and interests
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages socialization and exploration
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • First aid/CPR certification
