Civil Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Laborer to join our team at Blattner Energy. As a key member of our civil crew, you will be responsible for installing and removing silt fence, straw wattle, and gravel rings, as well as assisting with culvert pipe installation, sign placement, and road layout.

• Load, unload, and stack equipment and materials
• Set up and tear down jobsite trailers
• Assist with installation and removal of silt fence and other environmental controls
• Participate in road layout and sign placement

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Ability to effectively present information to other employees
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
