Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Management: Ensure a safe work environment and maintain a clean, organized project site.
  • Project Coordination: Plan and supervise all activities, including scheduling inspections, managing subcontractors, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Quality Control: Ensure installations meet contract documents and maintain an as-built set of drawings on site.
  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with the Sr. Project Manager on schedules, cost control, and materials.
  • Leadership: Plan and supervise all other employees/laborer activities, and coordinate activities of all contractors.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Job Superintendent in commercial construction with management and oversight experience over multiple trade disciplines.
  • 3+ years' experience in commercial construction or construction management with ground up and fit out projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
