Civil Safety Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Civil Safety Specialist to perform quantity takeoffs, distribute bid information, provide material and labor prices, and identify areas of potential benefit. The successful candidate will have experience with Planswift Estimating Software and/or Trimble Business Center.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely quantity takeoffs
  • Distribute bid information to relevant employees
  • Provide current material and labor prices for bid items
  • Identify areas of RFPs where units may be off and offer potential benefits above other bidders
  • Additional duties may be assigned based on current needs

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and communication proficiency
  • Technical capacity and strategic thinking
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
  • Previous experience with Planswift Estimating Software and/or Trimble Business Center

PAY AND BENEFITS

The company offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package.
