Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide nursing care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and providing documentation of care rendered. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with our healthcare team to maintain established standards of care.
Responsibilities- Treat and care for residents with dignity and respect
- Provide nursing care within your scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as indicated
- Document all care rendered
- Work cooperatively with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate records of resident care
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history
