General Manager

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Truck Care operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck care facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

• Oversee daily operations of truck care facilities, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial goals are met.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• 2+ years of retail, restaurant, travel stop, or c-store management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
