Coiler Technician

We are seeking a skilled Coiler to join our team at Lee Spring Company.

The Coiler will be responsible for setting up, starting up, and running primary and secondary machines, as well as selecting and preparing machine tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to lift or carry minimum 40 lbs.

• Set up and operate coiling machines to produce high-quality springs
• Prepare machine tooling and select the correct materials for production
• Record in-process measurements and count parts to ensure quality control
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Assist with general factory duties, including operation of other machines and inspection

• Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test with a score of 50+ or relevant work experience
• Standard Measuring Instruments Test
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to lift or carry minimum 40 lbs.
