About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Specialist - Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Medical Center. As a key member of our Cath Lab team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the routine care and maintenance of radiological equipment
  • Provide primary and critical patient care, administering necessary medications as directed by physicians
  • Manage and communicate regarding pre-procedure patient preparation, post-procedure processes, and recovery
  • Interact with physicians during routine procedures and emergencies to assist with interpretation of data and recording of patient information
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Colorado Registered Nurse License with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • 2-3 years of experience in a specialty unit (Critical Care, ED, PACU, or Radiology) preferred
  • Proficiency in cardiology nursing procedures and skills, including cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation preferred
