Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Akumin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear medicine and a passion for producing high-quality diagnostic images.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce high-quality diagnostic images of nuclear medicine studies.
- Ensure radiation safety and regulations are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and radiologists.
- Train new technologists and patient coordinators as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification required.
- State license, as required.
- CPR certification required.
- May be exposed to outside weather conditions during patient transport.
- May be exposed to radioactive isotopes and ionizing radiation.
