About the Position

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, with a mission to provide accessible, high-quality mental health services.

We are currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to join our team in Allentown, PA, providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive clinical team, empowered to focus on providing excellent care to our clients.

Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you can expect an estimated annual salary of $128,400, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Pennsylvania
  • Licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing
  • Able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Strong character traits, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
