Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this key leadership position will oversee all aspects of fundraising, alumni and donor engagement, operations, and research.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the Dare Northward campaign, aiming to raise $1 billion for Colby College.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive working environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the Advancement Office.
• Utilize contemporary analytics to guide the office's efforts, ensuring data-informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
• Proven track record in comprehensive campaign management, with a minimum of ten years of fundraising and managerial experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward high-level prospects.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility to travel, and a bachelor's degree are required.
