Job Title: Senior Aircraft Component Technician

Join Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation as a Senior Aircraft Component Technician and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of internal and external aircraft assemblies, subassemblies, and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members while performing complex repairs and overhauls.
  • Operate precision measuring and inspect tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Inspect and test aircraft components to ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control Representatives to perform mass weight and balance on repaired flight controls.
  • Assist with training Aircraft Component Repair Technicians.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A&P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in sheetmetal and/or hydraulic overhaul, avionics/electronic component repair, or related fields.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence. You will be required to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including precision measuring and inspect tools, and to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
