Obstetrics and Gynecology Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our team at a well-respected community health center in Mesa, AZ. Our health center has multiple locations east and south of Phoenix, AZ, providing a diverse patient population and opportunities for growth.

Practice Details

The selected physician will be part of an existing department with a mix of Physicians and WHNP's. The practice offers a rotated daily and weekly call schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. On average, the physician will see 18 patients per clinic day, with delivery call at one local hospital only. Post-call days are guaranteed off.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $300,000, plus productivity bonuses. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a health savings (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA). We also provide life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance, generous paid time off, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Requirements

  • Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree
  • Four years of medical school earning a MD or DO degree
  • One year of rotating internship
  • Two years of residency
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Family Practice
  • Completion of annual CME requirements
