You will also be responsible for completing shift duties as assigned, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

A $30,000 - $40,000 per year salary is offered based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, making change, and operating a cash register.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, sweeping floors, and taking out trash.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, counting inventory, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and faced.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
