Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain windows and mirrors.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Sanitize and wipe down surfaces regularly.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitized.
  • Monitor and report supply needs on a weekly basis.
  • Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

  • Carry out minor maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs and clearing clogs.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor
  • Minimum age of 18 with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Capability to lift weights ranging from 20 to 40 lbs.
