Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist at Lighthouse Autism Center, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
  • Provide behavioral therapy services to clients, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in autism treatment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as behavior analysis, psychology, or special education
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
