Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Subacute Operations to join our team at KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Subacute unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient departmental management.
  • Collaborate with the CNO to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of nursing with a B.S.N. preferred.
  • Minimum three to five years of clinical acute nursing experience, with at least one year of previous charge nurse or supervisory experience.
  • Current RN license in the State of California and BLS certification required, with ACLS certification preferred.
