Job Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to our residents, assisting with personal cares, medications, and mobility. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with personal cares, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff
- Assist residents with mobility, including transfers and ambulation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or related healthcare field preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
