LPN Field Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN Field Nurse to join our team at Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare. As a LPN Field Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, facilities, and wellness clinics.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to clients according to the Nurse Practice Act and under the direction of an RN.
  • Deliver services to meet client needs and follow current home health nursing professional standards of practice and agency-approved protocols.
  • Conduct wellness clinics as assigned and communicate needs to others as appropriate.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of Homemakers and Personal Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of quality health care services.
  • Assist with orientation and training of new employees, including field visits.
  • Participate in on-call rotation per department as needed.
Requirements:
  • A Licensed Practical Nurse, currently holding an unencumbered license to practice in state.
  • A valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
  • One year of acute care experience.
