About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Delivery Driver to join our team at Eagle Rock Distributing Company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers.

As a Beverage Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently driving delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading beverage products, merchandising and stocking coolers, and managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to effectively communicate with and understand retailers and co-workers, and be able to work safely and maintain a fun and friendly work environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a daily salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses, and generous overtime opportunities. Our drivers start at approximately $160-$190 per day, depending on route, and can grow earnings substantially with company experience.

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations
  • Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
  • Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account
  • Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork
  • Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
Requirements
  • Have a valid driver license and meet company MVR standards
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to effectively communicate with and understand retailers and co-workers
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail
  • Be able to quickly learn product and account characteristics
  • Be comfortable working independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative
  • Be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Be committed to working safely and maintaining a fun and friendly work environment
