    • Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and mobility.
    • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on how to maintain a safe and healthy home environment.
    • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
