Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at MountainPlex Properties. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom
  • Assist with sales and inventory tasks, including processing transactions, restocking shelves, and counting inventory
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
