Position Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents.
Department: Skilled Nursing
Work Schedule: PRN, with various shifts available
Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on the selected tier
Note: Actual salary may vary depending on the tier chosen.

Key Responsibilities
- Support patients with essential care tasks.
- Assist with medical procedures as directed by physicians and under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Help residents with personal hygiene, daily activities, and mobility.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional states to the nursing team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient living spaces, ensuring safety by identifying potential hazards.
Qualifications
Licensure/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Aide certification required prior to employment.
- BLS Provider certification is preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Preferred candidates should be at least eighteen years old at the time of hire.
