Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a Karate Instructor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, engaging students, and working collaboratively with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Delivery: Use our programs to deliver engaging and interactive lessons, emphasizing student participation and interactive learning.
  • Student Engagement: Actively engage all students in the learning process, creating a vibrant and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience.
  • Professional Development: Attend regular meetings to maintain alignment with company standards and uphold quality expectations.
Requirements
  • Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching or tutoring, with a strong background in Karate instruction.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exemplary interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Education and Certifications: Brown or Black Belt in Karate, with First Aid and CPR certifications (preferred).
Work Environment

This is a part-time opportunity, with a flexible schedule that includes teaching 3 classes per week on Thursdays, starting at 4:30pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality programs and services.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $65.00 per class, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
