R.L. Lipton Distributing Co. is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Warehouse Loader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pull orders utilizing our technology and palletizing product in appropriate configurations to ensure accurate and efficient loading of delivery vehicles.
  • Product Handling: Handle product appropriately to avoid breakage and damage, and ensure product is picked and loaded according to code dates.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load delivery trucks in correct sequence to avoid delays in delivery routes, and unload products from delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area and surrounding warehouse, and support the overall efficiency of our distribution center.
  • Communication: Communicate issues and errors with management in an efficient and professional manner, and provide feedback on processes and procedures to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology and equipment to pick and pull orders, and palletize product.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
