About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Associate. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, accurately maintaining inventory records, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process shipments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment
- Assist the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods
- Provide feedback to supervisors regarding inventory levels and damages
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, with stockroom or related experience
- Basic product knowledge preferred but not required
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be mobile in the stockroom or on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Proven ability to operate and read scanning equipment for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry medium-to-large items, weighing up to 100 lbs., utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques

Physical Requirements
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
