About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Interventional Pain Physician to join our medical practice in the Baltimore area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients suffering from traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic headaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and management, including recommending tests and conducting diagnostic testing to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment.
  • Order diagnostic labs and imaging, including in-house computerized neurocognitive testing, specifically ImPACT testing.
  • Oversee the patient's diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, mild to moderate closed head injuries, and post-traumatic headaches.
  • Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care.
  • Perform interventional pain procedures.
Requirements
  • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution.
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland.
  • BCBE Interventional Pain Physician.
  • Favorable malpractice history.
  • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • DEA license.
